IRS Tax Accounts :  As mentioned in my 8/21/96, letter to Robert Rubin, Treasury Secretary. If you know accounting, would you say these are TOO creative ? ? ? Could this be where Arthur Anderson and Enron got their ideas?

Real Tax Accounts are black and white, with no blue-green. But, my scanner wouldn't do lonely yellow on white. It's a recalcitrant (but good) scanner.    : )
