When you visit my site which I made using SiteBuilder provided by
Yahoo -- as long as I do my web hosting with Yahoo -- your visit is
tracked by Yahoo webhosting so that I can see what pages are
visited most, what type of computer screen my visitors have, which
helps me decide how wide my pages should be so that the most
people have the least trouble viewing them, what browser is being
used, so that I can test my pages on the different browsers, and
other things like that.

If I go to the specific WebLog data I can see the IP addresses, but I
hardly ever do that because I have a bit of brain injury and it's just
too much information for me to try to sort out.

Some of my pages have code on them so that Google Analytics can
track visitors. Their tracking program is much better than Yahoo's
and will tell me how long people stayed on different pages, which
helps me understand what information is attracting the most intense
reading. I can then add to those pages, or I can improve other pages
to make them more attractive and get different information to
people on different aspects of the health subjects on my site.

The problem with the Google Analytics program is that I can't put
the html on my pages exactly because there isn't a part of
SiteBuilder designed to perform that task, so I have to put it on my
pages at "Manage Your Site" at the webhosting site. That sounds as
if it would be perfect and solve the problem, but what really
happens is that if I change anything on the page with the new html,
then when I publish it my SiteBuilder page erases the changes I
made at webhosting, so that html doesn't last very long and
consequently I don't use it the way I would like to.

The Google ads I have on my site have a privacy policy concerning
their cookies: Google Advertising Cookie and Privacy Policies

The DoubleClick DART cookie is used by Google in the ads served
on publisher websites displaying AdSense for content ads. When
users visit an AdSense publisher's website and either view or click
on an ad, a cookie may be dropped on that end user's browser. The
data gathered from these cookies will be used to help AdSense
publishers better serve and manage the ads on their site(s) and
across the web.

  * Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on
   * Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to
   * Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting

As far as I know, and judging from my experience, none of these
cookies slows down a computer.

I also have Linkshare ads on my site, and to my knowledge and
from my experience, they don't slow down computers, either.

My Linkshare ads allow me to receive a commission on products
and services purchased after clicking on the ads. For instance, when
people visit my Methylcobalamin page and order vitamins I get a
commission, and it makes me very happy because then I know my
site has helped someone understand the vital role of vitamins in our
lives.

On some of my pages I have a little box where people can leave
comments. It asks for an email address. My original plan was to
have a newsletter and write to people when I found new
information that would be helpful to people. But there has been so
much stress in my life due to the outdoor toilet pit that was under
my condo and that caused hydrogen sulfide inside my condo, which
led to me falling and hitting my head on the brick floor and injuring
my brain... so that now my home is in foreclosure... basically I've
just been too overwhelmed to follow through.

I do not sell email addresses.

If you leave me your email address you will not start getting spam
emails from people selling all sorts of things you don't want (or
want) for that matter.

I hope this is helpful.

If you have any questions you can leave me a comment in the box
provided.
