Is This Defamation?

I'm especially worried because Judge Hall once told a man who had written me several bad
checks, defrauded me by saying cubic zirconium was diamond, wrecked my car, and fallen
drastically behind in rent, that he believed him.

When I found 40 cases against the man for similar things in Pueblo, Colorado where he
came from, I tried to get Judge Hall to reconsider. But he wouldn't.

Despite the hard evidence I showed, Judge Hall had believed someone whose record as a
con man "impeached his testimony," to put it in court language. Plus, Judge Hall had
seemed to apologize to the man when he ruled against him for half of my claim.

The man was trying to gain control of my house by saying I owed him for legal work he'd
done, when he'd lied to me about being a lawyer...

It boggles my mind. I feel Judge Hall doesn't like me and there is no way I am ever going to
get a remedy or relief in his court. How can he just blithely not follow the rules?

These are all bottles that
were dug out of the privy
pit. You can't flush a
bottle down a toilet, so
this is pretty clear evidence
that the problem was a
privy pit, not the broken
sewer line.
