Since I got my digital camera I
don't use my scanner at all. I just
snap a few pictures of the
document I want to copy, run the
image through the software that
came with the camera, and that's it.
It's extremely fast.

Health Boundaries Bite
Office Depot paper is great!
I love having it delivered and
carried in for me. (I used to
hate running out of paper. No
more!)
When I had to replace my HP laser jet ink cartridges a
friend sent me a link for a the cheapest ones she'd ever
found. It turned out that getting the real thing from
Office Depot and applying a discount was CHEAPER!
My desk went from piled high, to
totally organized. And finding
things... so much easier! It is such
a high to have clear open space
instead of mess.
You can "see" why I want a new chair...
Except maybe this "task" chair has
been so good because it doesn't have
arms and I sit up straight... I'm torn.
This one says it's designed for five
hours a day. I think it would be wise to
work five hours a day in a sitting
position, then go to the garden or
swimming. But ... sadly I tend to do desk
jobs for longer periods. Hmmmmm.
I like this color a lot. (It's blackberry.)
Is this the chair I want to have my
morning coffee in? Will I be happy to
have my afternoon coffee in it? Will it
support me during boring phone calls?
Will it feel bouncy when there's
something to celebrate? Hmmmmm.
Get a Laptop! A notebook computer uses the electricity of a 60
watt light bulb -- a small telly uses three times that much (or
more). Plus, I love the clarity of movies and my favorite tv
programs on my laptop. They're brilliant. Try it!
The digital camera I bought
for myself is a Panasonic like
this. (Except mine is an older
model.) I decided on it after
I read reviews that gave the
Leica lens high marks for
clarity. I needed a good lens
to take pictures for my
website, so I felt the price
was well justified. It's been a
delight to use and I LOVE it.
These pretzels are dynamite! They are
satisfying without making me want to
eat them all... Every time I order
paper, envelopes, pens, cartridges, I
order more of these... and BONUS...
I'm losing weight!

It's a beautiful thing to have all the
different office needs covered.
The other thing I really like about buying my ink
cartridges and imaging drums from Office Depot, is the
system they have to allow you to find which item number
it is. I have a bit of brain injury and appreciate how easy
to use this search and identification system is.
Office Depot has many different makes of computer, I have
shown the Toshiba because I am very pleased with mine. When
it came there were bad pixels and it was replaced. Then my
battery went bad not quite a year later and they sent me a new
one without any hassle.

I'm a little less clear on this chair. I
have a small grey chair that I bought
years ago. It's been great because when
my back is aching and I sit in it the
aching goes away. It's just that I'd like
a little more luxurious chair...
Dry roasted peanuts made a nice
change from the pretzels. I'm not sure
that dry roasted peanuts have the
same nutritional value as the other
kind, but they are very satisfying
without weight gain. : )
I just realized they have MSG.
NUTS! I eat these for half an hour for
lunch. It costs about $1.65 a day.
